How is Crew4Crew.net different from a traditional crew agency?

Crew4Crew is a web-based international crew placement service which provides crew and captains/owners a means to connect directly with each other during the hiring process without an intermediary (crew agent). Crew4Crew will always be FREE to crew to post their CV/resume and search for a job.
Crew4Crew was created for crew by crew to provide an alternative to traditional crew agencies. However, Crew4Crew is not just for crew, captains & owners. Crew4Crew is designed to be a resource for anyone looking to fill or find a yachting industry position. Our reasonable fees make it viable for brokers, marine contractors, boat yards, and even crew agencies to search for crew and post jobs confidentially.

Is Crew4Crew free to crew?

Crew4Crew will ALWAYS be FREE to crew to post their CV/resume and/or search for a job. The job seeking process is challenging enough without having to pay to provide access to your CV/resume or to search for a job.

How will captains/owners be charged for searching for crew or posting a job?

Crew4Crew was just recently launched. While we are growing and becoming more well-known in the yachting community, captains/owners/yacht agents will have FREE access to all of Crew4Crew’s services. They can search for crew, store crew profiles in their “potential crew list”, post multiple jobs, and view their job posting activity.
Once the database is established and we believe we are able to warrant charging a fee for accessing a crew member’s contact information, we will begin charging a reasonable amount for our services.
